UAE Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UAE orders above 150 AED.

Shipping for orders below 150 AED will have a cost of 25 AED.

GCC Shipping

We offer shipping to the following countries in the GCC:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait
  • Oman

We offer free shipping on orders above 500 AED.

Shipping for orders below 500 AED will have a cost of 75 AED.

Please note, all local taxes & duties are to be collected, paid for and are the responsibility of the customer at the country of delivery. UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above 500 AED.

Shipping for orders below 500 AED will have a cost of 125 AED.

European Shipping

Returns and exchanges

We offer 7 calendar days to exchange or return any product bought in the UAE from the receipt date. After this period exchange or return requests will not be accepted.

Product exchanges and returns are free for products purchased in the UAE. 

Items on sale will not be refunded, only exchanged. Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Any items returned to us after 7 days will be denied any form of refund. 

If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email to hello@hushabye-baby.com and place a new order with us for the replacement. 

Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, with the original packaging, all tags, accessories and embellishments fully intact.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.

Unfortunately we do not accept International returns outside of the UAE. 

Hushabye reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
